Wine-making : with the advice of Jean-Luc Zuger, owner of Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry in Margaux appellation, ranked Third big growth in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.
Appearance : Intense garnet color
Nose : Ripe black fruits and slightly spicy (pepper)
Palate: a basket of tasty ripe black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry) with a good length and soft tannins.
Temperature of service : at room temperature 17-18°C
Alcohol by volume : 13,5 %
Food and wine pairing :This subtle and complex wine will be a fantastic match with all kind of grilled meats (beef, duck), poultries or cold cuts, patés, and soft cheeses.
Storage : ready to drink, can be kept between 3 and 5 years.
