Blend : Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (15%) et Cabernet Sauvignon (15%)

Vinification : Traditional in thermoregulated tanks

Ageing : 14 months in french oak barrels
Wine-making : with the advice of Jean-Luc Zuger, owner of Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry in Margaux appellation, ranked Third big growth in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855.
Tasting note :
Appearance : Ruby color with shades of cherry, limpid and shining
Nose : Red and dark fruits (cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant), liquorice ad black pepper.
Palate : flavors of ripe fleshy red and black fruits with a long persistence, rich body, velvety tannins, and a good acidity bringing freshness.
Temperature of service : at room temperature 17-18°C
Alcohol by volume : 13,5%

The Haut-Peyrat terroir offers a rich and full-bodied Bordeaux wine with fruity notes. You will appreciate this wine now or after a few years in the cellar, with grilled and cooked meats (beef, duck, lamb), game meat and traditional dishes (beef stew, rib steak with Bordeaux sauce) or a nice cheese platter.
Storage : the wine can be kept between 4 and 10 years.
